LE PRESENT COMPOSE EN BE+ING
Comme son nom l’indique, ce présent est composé car il y a 2 éléments à ajouter au verbe pour le conjuguer : l’auxiliaire « be » devant le verbe et le suffixe « ing » collé derrière :

Attention :
1) Quand le verbe se termine par « e » je le supprime :
dance→ she is dancing
2) quand le verbe se termine par une consonne précédée d’une seule voyelle, on double la consonne :
run → he is running swim → they are swimming
Pour former la forme négative, j’ajoute la négation sur l’auxiliaire:
